Job summary

Careermakers in Lowestoft is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee quality and compliance across multiple care services. The role involves coaching Home Managers, leading audits and improvement plans to ensure high standards of person-centred care across the region.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in health or social care quality or operational management, with strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance.

• Previous experience in quality, compliance or operational management within health or social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting or managing multiple services.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, guidance and support to Home Managers across multiple care services.
• Lead on audits, quality reviews, compliance monitoring and improvement plans to drive service excellence.
• Analyse performance data, identify development areas and work with teams to promote safe, compassionate and high-quality care.

Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk (Travel required)

Salary: £55,000 per annum + Welcome Bonus + Monthly Car Allowance + Employee bonus

Hours: Full Time, Permanent
