Job summary

KBM Resourcing Ltd seeks a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the QMS and compliance framework for a Warwickshire-based operation. You will work with senior leadership to drive quality standards, oversee audits, certifications and regulatory updates, and champion continuous improvement across the business.

The role requires strong experience in electrical engineering/compliance, knowledge of ISO 9001 and wiring regulations, and the ability to manage documentation, actions and performance

Qualifications

• Must have proven quality or compliance experience within electrical engineering or electrical contracting.
• Experience developing and maintaining QMS and compliance documents.
• Proven ability to lead audits, drive corrective actions and monitor KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal audit programme and manage certification processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and update management systems as required.
• Investigate non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across the business.
