Job summary

BJF Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead on regulatory and quality assurance across the group. You will own the Quality Assurance Framework, manage ISO accreditation, and deliver data-driven insights with PowerBI to drive improvements.

Working with Senior Leadership, you will align policies, maintain IMS systems, and coordinate audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• ISO9001 accreditation (UKAS) or equivalent
• Industry recognised Quality Management qualification or working towards it
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in quality assurance processes and systems in construction

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a robust Quality Assurance Framework
• Record, analyse and report management information (PowerBI)
• Collaborate with P&T leadership to update quality policies and procedures
• Lead quality development workshops and training
• Coordinate audit and QA schedules with the SHEQ team
• Manage departmental projects and compliance audits
• Prepare pre-audit data and identify areas of interest
• Source appropriate training to meet business needs
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing in the team
