Job summary

InPost UK in Leeds is hiring a Quality and Compliance Admin to uphold high standards of quality and regulatory compliance within the depot. The role focuses on driving process improvements and ensuring all activities meet ISO, H&S, and environmental standards.

You will monitor compliance across the depot, mentor staff, and lead meetings to ensure actions are followed up and accountability is maintained. A proactive, detail-oriented leader is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with H&S, ISO, audits, and compliance processes.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Ability to implement new quality and compliance strategies.
Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
Proactive and organised with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead the Charge on Quality and Compliance across the depot.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to spot non-compliance.
Champion a Customer-First Culture within the depot.
Monitor Health & Safety, HR, Transport, ISO, Audits, and Environmental standards.
Collaborate with Depot Management to implement new processes for H&S, Quality, and Transport.
Coach and empower the team with tools and knowledge to succeed.
Lead and participate in key meetings, both onsite and offsite.
Drive accountability and maintain compliance in decision-making.
