Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Quality and Compliance Admin to join our Leeds team. This role focuses on maintaining high standards, reporting non-compliance, and driving improvements in a fast-growing delivery hub.

Based at Unit 3 Inpost, Stourton, Leeds LS10 1AZ, it's a Monday–Friday role with 08:30–17:00 hours and a salary of £29,500 per annum. You will collaborate with depot management to enhance H&S, ISO compliance and transport processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with H&S, ISO, audits and compliance processes.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge on Quality and Compliance across the depot, maintaining high standards daily.
• Generate regular reports to spot non-compliance and drive preventive actions.
• Foster a customer-focused culture and ensure operations meet client expectations.
• Monitor all depot admin compliance areas, including Health & Safety, HR, ISO, audits.
• Collaborate with Depot Management to implement new processes for HS, Quality and Transport.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold compliance and accountability.
• Lead meetings onsite and offsite, driving actions and accountability.
• Take minutes and support decision-making to keep the business on track.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Charge on Quality and Compliance: Be the driving force behind maintaining and elevating operational standards across the depot, ensuring that everything runs at its best every single day.
• Solve Problems & Drive Solutions: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to spot areas of non-compliance and work hand-in-hand with the team to solve them before they become an issue.
• Champion a Customer-First Culture: Help build a depot environment that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do – because when we deliver for our customers, we succeed as a team!
• Ensure Compliance Across the Board: Take the lead in monitoring all areas of depot administration compliance, from Health & Safety to HR, Transport, ISO, Audits, and Environmental standards.
• Innovate & Recommend: Work with Depot Management to create and implement new processes that will elevate the business and help us hit company targets, particularly for H&S, Quality, and Transport.
• Coach & Empower Your Team: Be the go-to mentor, providing staff with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed and maintain the highest compliance standards.
• Lead Meaningful Meetings: Lead and attend key meetings, both onsite and offsite, ensuring all actions are followed up and the team remains accountable.
• Make an Impact: Be part of the decision-making process and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and driving accountability to keep the business on track and in compliance.
