Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Quality and Compliance Admin to join our Leeds depot, driving high standards across operations. You will lead quality control, monitor Health & Safety, ISO and audits, and generate routine reports to prevent non-compliance.

In a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, you will collaborate with depot teams, coach colleagues, and help optimise processes to support our UK logistics network.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with H&S, ISO, audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and compliance across the depot to maintain high standards daily.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to spot non-compliance risks.
• Foster a customer-first culture to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor health & safety, HR, transport, ISO, audits and environmental compliance.
• Work with management to implement new processes for improvements.
• Mentor staff and empower them to uphold compliance standards.
• Lead meetings and ensure actions are tracked and owned.
