Mash Direct in Comber is seeking a detail-driven Quality Auditor to join their Technical Team. This role is production floor-based and involves verifying compliance with food safety and quality standards.

We are looking for a detail-driven Quality Auditor to join our Technical Team on site in Comber. This is a production floor‑based role where you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, verifying that raw materials, production processes, and finished products consistently meet food safety, legal, and customer quality standards.
You’ll work closely with our Operations team, conducting audits, carrying out checks, and ensuring our quality management systems are implemented correctly and recorded accurately. This role suits someone who takes pride in doing things properly and understands that quality protects our people, our customers, and our reputation.
Your role will include:
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 6am – 3pm, as part of a 45‑hour working week.
