FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a QA Tester with Dynamics experience to work for our client within the finance sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.

Our client embarking on an exciting new venture into Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and is seeking an experienced QA Tester to support with the transition. This is a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their systems as they expand their digital capabilities. They are looking for a hands-on professional with deep automation expertise and a strong background in testing APIs, especially within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and contribute to the enhancement of existing testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for APIs and integrations, primarily within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Conduct thorough testing of new and existing features to ensure optimal functionality and performance
Contribute to the improvement and evolution of existing QA processes and automation frameworks
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and operations
Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues
Provide expert input on testing best practices and automation strategies
Ensure test coverage meets the needs of a fast-paced and evolving D2C project

Requirements

Proven experience as a QA Consultant or similar role, ideally at the consultant or senior level
Strong hands-on automation testing experience, particularly in API testing
Solid experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Familiarity with automation tools such as Postman, Selenium, or similar
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
