Job Title: Quality and Regulatory (QA/ RA) Assistant

Location: London

Remuneration: Daily rate up to £250

Contract Details: Temporary, until 30th June 2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for quality system and regulatory activities, ensuring effective and timely outcomes.
• Engage with and escalate matters to our Senior Compliance Manager to minimise risk, enabling specialist input or additional support from other Subject Matter Experts.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

Skillset/Qualifications:

• Strong data input and document management skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in Quality Management System administration and/or support, preferably within the technology or healthcare industries.

Typical Day in the Role:

Your day will be dynamic! You will split your time between document management tasks and collaborating with engineers and team members to clarify requests or create necessary documents. Be prepared to join Teams calls to support teams during review processes and document minutes/records.
