Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering quality assurance activity across Client Servicing and ensure adherence to approved processes and controls.
• Provide oversight of QA testing, coaching, performance improvement, and quality governance for a strong risk and control environment.
• Collaborate with Control Owners to monitor design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
