Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Leader to assess the integrity and effectiveness of the internal control framework to mitigate operational, financial and reputational risk. You will lead oversight of control environment matters for Fraud and Financial Crime, drive data analytics enabled remediation, and support regulatory interactions across business units.

• Understanding of Financial Crime and Fraud risks and controls.

• Proven track record delivering solutions via cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess integrity and effectiveness of the internal control framework to mitigate risk.
• Lead oversight and escalation of control environment matters for Fraud and Financial Crime.
• Develop reports communicating key findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control effectiveness and adherence to framework.
