Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to strengthen assurance processes within the Consulting practice. You will assess risk, challenge controls, and promote best practice across governance and quality frameworks.

The role focuses on delivering assurance reviews, driving improvements, and supporting the firm’s culture of quality and accountability. Hybrid working, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced Internal Audit professional with strong technical knowledge and governance
• Excellent portfolio and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to challenge and improve controls

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk-based assurance reviews across governance, risk management and controls
• Identify control improvements and root causes to strengthen quality and consistency
• Manage assurance reviews from planning to completion with clear, evidence-based findings
• Provide constructive challenge and practical recommendations for continuous improvement across quality and controls
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Consulting and the wider firm
