About the Role

As our new Quality Assurance Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of 3 QA Operatives, working in a hands-on capacity to safeguard product integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact the excellence of our award-winning skincare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a QA team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ensure batch records and documentation meet GMP standards.
• Investigate and approve minor deviations, complaints, and CAPAs.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor hygiene, product safety, and quality performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities across production and logistics.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar QA role within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of QMS systems, CAPA processes, and compliance protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A meticulous, proactive mindset with a “quality-first” approach.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and thrive under pressure.
