Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor within its Consulting Quality Assurance Department. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Consulting to assess risk and control environments, provide independent challenge, and promote best practice to strengthen assurance processes.

You will hold ACA/ACCA/CA/CIA or be qualified by experience, lead risk-based assurance reviews, and manage them from planning to completion, delivering practical recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CA or CIA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Experience delivering internal audit, quality assurance, or controls reviews in a professional services or large corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio and project management skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk-based assurance reviews across the Consulting business.
• Identify control improvements and root causes to strengthen governance and quality.
• Manage assurance reviews from planning to completion with clear, evidence-based findings.
• Provide constructive challenge and practical recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Consulting and the wider firm.
• Collaborate with the Consulting QA Lead to enhance assurance methodologies.
