Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor within the Quality Assurance Department. You will lead risk-based assurance reviews across governance, risk management and controls for Consulting engagements, providing independent challenge and driving improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage reviews from planning through delivery within a professional services context.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CA or CIA, or qualified by experience.
• Experience delivering internal audit, quality assurance, risk assurance or controls reviews in professional services or large corporate environments.
• Strong portfolio and project management skills with the ability to manage reviews through to successful completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Curious mindset with strong attention to detail and the confidence to provide constructive challenge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk-based assurance reviews across governance, risk management and control environments.
• Identify control improvements, emerging themes and root causes to strengthen quality and operational effectiveness.
• Manage assurance reviews from planning to completion with clear, evidence-based findings.
• Provide constructive challenge and practical recommendations for continuous improvement across quality, governance and controls.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Consulting and the wider firm.
• Collaborate with the Consulting QAD Lead to enhance assurance methodologies and improve function effectiveness.
