Role

The successful QA Supervisor will:

• Lead a small team of QA operatives across various shifts.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and process checks in line with BRC and customer standards.
• Ensure all non-conformances are logged, investigated, and followed up appropriately.
• Support ongoing training and development of QA staff.
• Liaise with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.

The Candidate

The successful QA Supervisor is proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of food safety protocols.

• Previous experience in a QA role within a food manufacturing or fresh produce environment.
• Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
