Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong Workday or SAP SuccessFactors experience to work with the Payroll Tech Testing team, focusing on testing methods and processes for specific Payroll systems.

The Role:

The QA Engineer will collaborate with HR IT, Workday IT, Time Tracking, and ADP teams to develop automated integrated solutions supporting Payroll processes.

Other Duties:

• Follow SDLC methodologies for system upgrades and compliance changes in Payroll and Time systems
• Provide technical guidance to Developers on secure coding standards in Java and other applications in MS
• Support integrations across HR, Payroll, and Time applications globally
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to implement and optimize testing processes
• Advise Payroll IT teams during annual tech updates in ADP GV and Workday integrations

Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience testing in Workday and/or ADP GV environments
• Knowledge of Payroll processes and eTime applications
• Experience testing Payroll applications
• Basic understanding of ADP GV or SAP payroll processes in HCM systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, MS Dynamics, or Oracle HCM
