Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong experience in Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to work with the Payroll Tech Testing team, implementing testing methods and processes for specific Payroll systems.

The Role:

The QA Engineer will collaborate with HR IT, Workday IT, Time Tracking, and ADP teams to develop automated integrated solutions supporting Payroll processes.

Other Duties:

• Adhere to SDLC methodologies for upgrades and compliance changes in Payroll and Time systems.
• Provide technical guidance to Developers on secure coding standards in Java and other applications used in MS.
• Support integrations across HR, Payroll, and Time applications globally.
• Liaise with internal partners and external vendors to manage and optimize testing processes.
• Advise Payroll IT teams during annual tech changes in ADP GV and Workday integrations.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience testing in Workday and/or ADP GV environments.
• Understanding of Payroll processes and eTime applications.
• Experience testing Payroll applications.
• Basic knowledge of ADP GV or SAP payroll testing within HCM systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, MS Dynamics, or Oracle HCM.
