Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong Workday or SAP SuccessFactors experience to join the Payroll Tech Testing team. The role involves implementing testing methods and processes for specific Payroll systems.

The Role:

The QA Engineer will collaborate with HR IT, Workday IT, Time Tracking, and ADP teams to develop automated integrated solutions supporting Payroll processes.

Other Duties:

• Adhere to SDLC methodologies for upgrades and compliance changes in Payroll and Time systems
• Provide technical guidance to developers on secure coding standards in Java and other applications
• Support integrations among HR/Payroll/Time applications globally
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to optimize testing processes
• Manage and advise Payroll IT during annual technical updates in ADP GV and Workday integrations

Required Skills / Experience:

• Experience testing in Workday and/or ADP GV environments
• Understanding of Payroll processes and eTime applications
• Experience testing Payroll applications
• Basic knowledge of ADP GV or SAP payroll testing in HCM systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, MS Dynamics, or Oracle HCM
