Senior Partnership Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the activities of the organisation are monitored for compliance with the applicable requirements and any additional requirements as established by the organisation, and that these activities are carried out properly under the supervision of the nominated persons.
  • Ensuring that any maintenance contracted to another maintenance organisation is monitored for compliance with the contract or work order.
  • Implementing a quality audit programme in which compliance with all maintenance procedures is reviewed at regular intervals in relation to each type of aircraft (or component) maintained (including the management and completion of audits and production of audit reports). You should ensure that any observed non-compliances or poor standards are brought to the attention of the person concerned via their manager.
  • Monitoring and coordinate the response to compliance findings such that they are closed within the agreed timescales.
  • Monitoring the amendment of the organisation’s procedures and standard practices (MOE, including the associated procedure(s)) and their compliance with the current revision of Part-145 plus any other applicable regulatory requirement and guidance material issued by EASA/CAA.
  • Assessing suppliers of new and used components and materials for satisfactory product quality in relation to the needs of the organisation.
  • Establishing feedback from audit findings into the recurrent training programme.
  • Processing the initial application, renewal or change to personnel certification authorisations on behalf of the Director of Compliance and Safety.
  • Performing safety investigations in accordance with defined protocols to identify effective interventions.
  • Monitor the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks, as listed in the safety action plan, unless action follow-up is addressed by the compliance monitoring function.
  • Establishing feedback from maintenance incidents/issues and feeding these back into the recurrent training programme.
  • Assisting with the promotion of compliance and safety issues within the company and to customers, through the promulgation of appropriate media.
  • Supporting Safety Action Groups (SAGs) where necessary.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, customer airlines and sub-contracted organisations concerning all regulatory approval, personnel authorisation, compliance finding or safety issues.

Experience:

  • Experience as an ISO 9001 auditor in a workshop environment.
  • Part 21G Manufacture experience.
  • 2 years working in an aircraft maintenance or airline environment; or 2 years working in a compliance or safety environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Aviation standards in an airline maintenance environment (EASA).
