About Our Client

This role is for a leading food manufacturer and distributor based across Nantwich, Newcastle, and Lyme, with the location depending on personal preference.

Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a strong workplace culture that prioritizes quality assurance.
  • Coordinate external and internal audit schedules, supporting quality assurance specialists, auditors, and customers.
  • Manage quality management system aspects and ensure compliance with its requirements.
  • Apply document control practices in line with the quality management system.
  • Analyze quality assurance and food safety data to identify trends for monitoring and action.
  • Produce regular quality assurance reports and data trends for colleagues at all levels.
  • Support communication of quality assurance topics through designated channels and feedback loops.
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance SharePoint to ensure access and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate the quality assurance governance, including meetings, minutes, agendas, and actions.
  • Assist the wider quality assurance team and operational stakeholders on projects and actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure food safety, legality, and quality.
The Successful Candidate
  • Experience in data analysis and trending.
  • At least 1 year experience in audit scheduling and planning.
  • Preferably experienced in food distribution or manufacturing industry.
