Zusammenfassung

Salutem Care & Education is seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to drive clinical governance across services on a UK-wide, hybrid basis, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays. You will support delegated healthcare, strengthen documentation, and help services maintain auditable records to ensure safety and inspection readiness.

The role involves leading audits, coaching teams, and coordinating with the Clinical Governance Lead Nurse to ensure compliant, person-centred care

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and current registration.
• Post-registration experience in community, social care or complex needs settings.
• Strong understanding of delegation, competency-based assessment and risk management.
• Ability to produce clear audit reports and constructively challenge to improve practice.
• Willingness to travel across England and Wales with overnight stays.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undertake).

Aufgaben

• Provide assurance and hands-on support across Salutem services under the direction of the Clinical Governance Lead Nurse.
• Strengthen documentation and evidence (protocols, review dates, monitoring and escalation instructions).
• Identify risks early and help services implement controls quickly.
• Complete audits/assurance visits and produce clear action plans with timescales.
• Coach teams to improve day-to-day governance and practice; ensure inspection readiness (CQC/CIW/Ofsted).
• Monitor clinical supervision compliance for operational nurses and escalate concerns as needed.
