Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer for our Scunthorpe plant to strengthen the technical team and uphold food safety, quality and customer standards. The role covers monitoring production, recording process controls, collecting samples and swabs, and supporting GMP practices while reporting to the QA shift manager.

The role of

Main Responsibilities

As a

QA with 2 Sisters Food Group, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with food safety legislation, customer requirements and company policies. Reporting to the QA shift manager you will work in partnership with Operations to consistently deliver the highest quality, safety and value to our customers.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and record production activities to ensure adherence to specification.
• Verify and record process controls to ensure defined tolerances are followed and act when not.
• To ensure that technical / QA information is observed, recorded and communicated effectively.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence with respect to food safety.
• Collection of samples and swabs
• GMP supervisory checks
• To ensure technical equipment is handled and used in an appropriate manner, including singing in and out toolboxes and equipment, daily verification against inventory list.

This post is working a

WEEK 1 - Monday to Saturday; 06:00-14:30

WEEK 2 - Monday to Friday; 14:30-23:00

The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour (£16.80ph Sat)
