Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Technical Administrator to maintain and report site KPIs and to update QMS toolkits within the technical services team. You will ensure procedures support high standards of product quality, food safety and integrity, with weekend and holiday cover as required.

The role focuses on maintaining technical and hygiene systems, producing management reports, and supporting audits and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Good Communication skills at all levels.
• Attention to detail whilst working across multiple tasks.
• Time management, ability to work to deadlines
• At least 1-year poultry industry knowledge
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft office

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technical and hygiene systems.

• Investigate customer complaints, product rejections, and related issues.

Job Description
