Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Kingston upon Hull. This role is a 12-month contract offering a salary of up to £42,000 plus an £8,000 shift allowance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality assurance within a biopharmaceutical environment.

• Ensure compliance with GxP, Quality, and Health & Safety standards within the Pharmaceutical QA team.
• Manage the Quality Management System and review Batch Manufacturing Records.
• Handle quality records, deviations, complaints, and control changes, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Serve as the primary QA contact across the site, providing guidance on deviations and quality incidents.
• Conduct quality investigations, internal audits, and support regulatory audits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of quality documentation and management systems (QMS).
• Understanding of GMP standards.
• Experience in a clean room or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
