Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a QA-focused professional to oversee daily quality checks, audits, and compliance across production and warehouse areas.

You will monitor FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, allergen segregation, and hygiene standards, while supporting global QA events and reporting outcomes to the QA Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify daily quality checks of goods delivered by suppliers
  • Check chillers and dry stores, FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, allergen segregation
  • Perform audits in kitchen/operation areas; ensure paperwork, temperature controls and cleanliness
  • Ensure safety rules are followed by production staff; report incidents and solutions
  • Submit daily reports to QA Supervisor about incidents, issues and production development
  • Support QA events internationally when necessary

Job Description
  • Conduct daily task as outlined by the QA Supervisor and Manager
  • Review and verify daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers.
  • In charge of checking all chillers and dry stores within the production and warehouse, this includes, FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, allergen segregation.
  • Perform a number of audits across the different areas of the kitchen/operation, making sure that all paperwork is kept up to date, temperature controls have been performed regularly and recorded, verify that all areas comply with cleanliness levels, double check personal hygiene of the members of this areas – Veg preparation, butchers, pot wash.
  • Support the wider QA events international team in diverse locations across the world when is necessary.
  • Supervise that all members of the production follow internal safety rules with the aim of avoid future incidents
  • Submitted daily reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor about any incidents, issues and solutions plus general information about the daily production development.

  • Have a great understanding and working knowledge of your department and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands-on approach
  • HACCP & Food Hygiene Certification
  • BSc Food Science or experience in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office package with excellent working knowledge of reporting and managing data
