A leading infrastructure company in Greater London is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Lead for energy infrastructure projects. The role demands strong QA standards and HSEQ support across multiple sites. Candidates should have at least 8 years in QA/QC leadership, knowledge of ISO standards, NEBOSH certification, and experience in energy sectors. This position offers a hybrid working model with a competitive salary between £70,000 and £80,000, as well as additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in QA/QC leadership roles, with at least 3 years site-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (and ideally ISO 14001 & 45001) implementation and auditing.
• Expertise in electrical and mechanical QA/QC standards.
• NEBOSH certification and CSCS Managers/Professionals card.
• Experience in energy infrastructure sectors (Power, Renewables, Battery Storage, Gas, Hydro, Hydrogen).
• NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based QA/QC programs, setting clear expectations for standards and performance.
• Engage with contractor leadership to promote positive HSEQ behaviors and address areas for improvement.

The salary range is between £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience with an exceptional bonus and LTIP scheme.
