Job summary

Noir in London is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA function across a complex FinTech platform, directing manual and automation engineers, and defining the overall quality strategy for high-stakes software releases.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Programme Delivery teams to improve release quality, test coverage and automation, while aligning with business priorities and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA teams in software or fintech environments.
• Track record delivering enterprise SaaS quality improvements.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing strategies.

AsQAManager,youwillownqualitygovernanceacrossmultipleconcurrentprojects,establishingtestingstandards,releasequalitygatesanddefectmanagementprocesses.Youwillleadrootcauseanalysisforproductionissues,overseequalityreportingandKPIs,andproactivelyidentifyrisksbeforetheyimpactdelivery.WorkingwithinanAgileenvironment,youwillcollaboratewithScrumteams,ProductOwnersandseniorstakeholderswhilehelpingshapetheorganisation'sautomationstrategythroughtechnologiessuchasPlaywright,CypressorSelenium,alongsideAzureDevOps,JIRA,ConfluenceandmodernCI/CDpipelines.ExperiencepromotingAI-assistedtestingandqualityengineeringpracticeswillbehighlyadvantageousasthebusinesscontinuestomoderniseitssoftwaredeliverycapabilities.
