Job summary

La Fosse partners with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager into an established team in London. This role defines and oversees the testing strategy across a complex lending platform, with a strong focus on customer journeys and business outcomes.

While not hands-on, you will lead testing activities across multiple teams and ensure delivery against quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing across complex, customer-facing platforms.

Quality Assurance Manager - £80,000 - Hybrid (London 2-3 days per week)

This role will be responsible for defining and overseeing the overall testing strategy across a complex lending platform, with a strong focus on customer journeys and business outcomes. While the position is not hands-on, candidates must have a strong understanding of automation, test governance, and the end-to-end testing lifecycle to effectively lead testing activities across multiple teams.

The successful candidate will be a strong stakeholder manager, capable of building relationships across both business and technology functions, driving quality standards, and ensuring successful delivery throughout the testing cycle.
