Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for its Gainsborough site to lead the development and maintenance of robust food safety and quality standards in high care production areas.

You will drive compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and BRCGS standards, while leading internal audits and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills essential for managing a high care production team.
• Experience in QA or technical roles within chilled food manufacturing is required.
• Knowledge of hygiene practices and chemical safety is necessary.
• Auditing or internal audit training is advantageous and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain robust food safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements and BRCGS.
• Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement in production hygiene and controls.
• Collaborate with production teams to manage risk areas and prevent contamination.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust standards within the food production environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and third‑party standards such as BRCGS.

This role focuses on high care production areas, where strict hygiene and process controls are critical due to the elevated risk of contamination. The role plays a key part in driving a culture of continuous improvement excellence in food safety and quality within the production environment.

You will have:-

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP
• Proven experience in a QA / Technical role within chilled food manufacturing is essential.
• String knowledge of hygiene practices and chemical safety
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
