Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking a Hygiene Supervisor to lead hygiene operations at the Gainsborough site. You will coordinate daily cleaning, deep-clean schedules and inspections to ensure food safety and production targets are met.

Working Monday–Thursday 21:00–06:00 and Friday 20:00–02:00, you will manage shift handovers, maintain equipment, and support production with efficient hygiene activities while upholding quality standards across the site.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene Operations Lead and coordinate all hygiene activities during the shift
• Plan, allocate and monitor daily cleaning tasks in line with hygiene schedules and production requirements
• Ensure routine, periodic, and deep-cleaning activities are completed on time and to the required standard. Conduct hygiene inspections and cleaning verification checks
• Ensure cleaning instruction cards, procedures and schedules are followed at all times
• Monitor the effectiveness of cleaning activities and implement corrective actions where required.
• Lead shift handovers, ensuring effective communication of completed work, outstanding actions and any risks
• Ensure hygiene equipment is maintained in good working order and stored correctly after use.
• Support production requirements by ensuring hygiene activities are completed efficiently without compromising food safety standards.

What are we looking for?

The Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating hygiene operations across the Gainsborough Boiling site, ensuring all daily, weekly, periodic and deep-cleaning activities are completed safely, effectively and in line with planned schedules.

Key Accountabilities include:
