Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop, implement and maintain robust food safety standards in a high-care production environment. You will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements and third-party standards such as BRCGS, driving continuous improvement in quality and hygiene across the site.

The role focuses on maintaining rigorous processes in cold/ready-to-eat production, leading audits, coaching teams and delivering measurable safety

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Internal Auditor trained with Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP.
• Proven QA experience in chilled food manufacturing.

What are we looking for?

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust standards within the food production environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and third-party standards such as BRCGS. This role focuses on high care production areas, where strict hygiene and process controls are critical due to the elevated risk of contamination. The role plays a key part in driving a culture of continuous improvement excellence in food safety and quality within the production environment.

You will have:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Internal Auditor trained
• Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP
• Proven experience in a QA / Technical role within chilled food manufacturing is essential.
• String knowledge of hygiene practices and chemical safety
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
