This role manages all aspects of test delivery across the Technology Product Portfolio, including Digital (web & mobile), Retail, Service Delivery & Data. It plays a key role within the QA/Test enablement team, functioning as a ‘Centre of Excellence’ providing test and Quality Assurance solutions, resourcing, and tooling to support portfolio demands. Building a team that strives for excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring the integrity and reliability of all lottery systems is essential.

Responsibilities include:

1. Test Resource Management: Demand and Capacity Planning to meet business demands.
2. Tooling: Implementing tooling to support resource allocation forecasting.
3. Portfolio Tracking: Collaborating with technology product teams and stakeholders to shape test/QA service offerings.
4. Test Delivery Reporting: Managing reports across multiple test programs.
5. Estimation: Creating resource estimation models for portfolio work.
6. Time to Market (TTM): Evaluating speed and throughput, balancing quality through tooling and process improvements.
7. Leadership: Line management and mentorship of QA Leads & senior QA Analysts.
8. Change Advocacy: Driving continuous improvements.
9. Vendor Management: Working with partners to support portfolio delivery and meet SLA requirements.
10. Budget Monitoring

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in QA leadership roles.
• Ability to forecast demand and capacity in real-time.
• Proficiency in providing automated programme-level test delivery reports.
• Experience reporting on quality KPIs and trends.
• Applying resource estimation methodologies at project gates.
• Building and maintaining high-performing teams in high-demand environments.
• Effective stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in Web & Mobile Automation testing.
• Overall 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in QA leadership.
• Proven resource management and multi-stream test activities across large projects.
• Experience implementing innovative QA changes.
• Project management experience.
