Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle in der Lebensmittelindustrie.
• Erfahrung mit HACCP Level 3 oder höher und SALSA/BRC Akkreditierungen.

What You’ll Do

• Be the quality champion on the night shift – making sure food hygiene, documentation, and compliance are on point.
• Support, coach and motivate team members to uphold high standards.
• Lead on HACCP and Food Safety Level 3+ practices.
• Own the night when it comes to quality assurance across a busy, end-to-end production line.
• Keep your eyes sharp – spotting, solving and preventing issues before they happen.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure everything we do is up to scratch and beyond.

The Essentials

• 3+ years in QA within the food industry
• Food Safety and HACCP Level 3 or higher
• Experience with SALSA/BRC or similar accreditations
• Great with both manual and system-based documentation
• Strong communicator, coach, and problem-solver
• Comfortable working independently during quiet hours—but still knows how to build team spirit
