Barnes Lodge is a bright and modern 101-bed, dual-registered care home located on the outskirts of Tonbridge in Kent.

The service is currently recruiting for an NMC-registered Care & Clinical Lead who will collaborate with the Clinical Lead and General Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and nursing services to residents. The role involves maintaining the highest standards of person-centred care that meet individual needs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, group policies, and operating within the set operational and financial parameters. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing a homely and safe environment that respects residents' dignity, wellbeing, and the principles of person-centred care.
