Job summary

A2Dominion is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to lead QA audits across our operations. You will conduct desktop and onsite assessments, investigate incidents and complaints, and embed learning to drive service improvement.

You will analyse data to identify trends and contribute to performance reporting and audits while building strong stakeholder relationships. You will work in a hybrid role, with one office day weekly and travel between Staines and Winchester.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing, quality assurance or performance monitoring with ability to spot trends and implement improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines while managing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Confident in using data to support decisions, including Microsoft Excel and formulas.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of housing legislation, regulation, policy and best practice is advantageous.
• Experience setting up performance measures to monitor service or business objectives is advantageous.
• A level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*–C) and full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality assurance audits across operational services, including desktop and onsite audits.
• Investigate incidents, service failures, complaints and Housing Ombudsman determinations and embed learning.
• Identify trends and support service improvements with data and evidence.
• Contribute to performance and impact reporting and support internal and external audits, including Consumer Standards self-assessment.
