Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace in Hampshire seeks a Quality & Compliance professional to manage monthly quality reviews, compile KPIs for management, and drive CAPA/8D processes across the business. You will maintain documentation, deliver training materials, promote a culture of quality, and support regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities include audits, maintaining AS EN 9100 and UK CAA Part 21 & 145, and contributing to the evolving business system while liaising with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Aerospace regulatory knowledge (EASA/AS9100) required.
• Experience in PFMEA and 8D problem solving.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office and ability to learn business software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Audit training; Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton's Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems.Our site is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus. This state-of-the-art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence.We pride ourselves as a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft.
