Our client, a leading residential developer, is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for their London team.

The selected candidate will work with the Quality Lead and production teams to provide quality support, carrying out the following duties:

• Create and distribute required weekly and monthly (Fieldview) reports
• Monitor closure of issues raised on site using the Fieldview system
• Monitor subcontractor’s QA inspections and sign-offs, ensuring records are complete and accurate
• Provide FieldView training to client managers and contractors
• Ensure compliance with divisional and group quality standards
• Monitor Project Quality Plans and their appendices
• Monitor Non-Conformance Registers and report accordingly
• Produce and distribute monthly KPI reports
• Carry out FieldView administration tasks as instructed
• Produce and distribute monthly divisional and PLC Board reports
• Provide quality assurance information for monthly Project Review Meetings
• Monitor training progress of production teams and contractors and report accordingly
• Produce and distribute Quality Assurance Bulletins
• Track and address Warranty Provider and Building Control reportable items promptly
• Assist with Group Audit preparation
• Attend site inspections as needed

Must be:

• Well presented, professional, punctual, and prepared
• Driven and committed to delivering a safe, quality product on time and within budget
• Team player who understands the entire construction cycle
• IT literate, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and adaptable to new systems
• Enthusiastic and fully committed to achieving targets and deadlines
