Job description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Advisor

Our client, a leading residential developer, is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for their London team.

The selected candidate will work with the Quality Lead and production teams to provide quality support by carrying out the following duties:

  1. Create and distribute required weekly and monthly (Fieldview) reports.
  2. Monitor closure of issues raised on site using the Fieldview system.
  3. Monitor sub-contractor’s QA inspections and sign-offs, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
  4. Provide Field View training to clients' managers and contractors.
  5. Ensure compliance with divisional and group quality standards.
  6. Monitor Project Quality Plans and their appendices.
  7. Monitor Non-Conformance Registers and report accordingly.
  8. Produce and distribute monthly KPI reports.
  9. Carry out Field View administration tasks as instructed.
  10. Produce and distribute monthly divisional and PLC Board reports.
  11. Provide monthly Quality Assurance information for Project Review Meetings.
  12. Monitor training progress of production teams and contractors and report accordingly.
  13. Produce and distribute Quality Assurance Bulletins.
  14. Ensure warranty provider and building control reportable items are tracked and addressed promptly.
  15. Assist with group audit preparation.
  16. Attend site inspections as needed.

Must be:

  • Well presented, professional, punctual, and prepared.
  • Driven and committed to delivering a safe, quality product on time and within budget.
  • A team player who understands the entire construction cycle.
  • IT literate, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
