The Repair Determination Inspector conducts detailed inspections to assess damage or defects on aircraft components, using specialized knowledge to evaluate reparability, repair options, and costs.
Inspectors perform preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process, and final inspections on civil aviation articles, following current technical data, manufacturer’s instructions, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, industry standards, and other acceptable data.
