Job summary

CFC seeks a Quality Assurance & Controls Lead to shape governance for underwriting data insights and reporting. You will join at the intersection of underwriting, data, operations and performance management to design controls and build a trusted data environment.

You'll own MDM for underwriting data, partner with Data, MI & Reporting, and drive governance that ensures accurate, complete, and reliable outputs across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, controls, risk, reporting or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the underwriting data control framework with governance standards and reporting controls.
• Establish processes that ensure outputs are accurate, complete and reliable.
• Partner with Data teams to develop data definitions and catalogues.
• Support strategic transformation by embedding governance and controls.
• Collaborate with MI and reporting teams during month-end cycles to validate outputs.
• Lead exception reporting and identify data risks and improvement opportunities.
• Own Master Data Management for underwriting data.
• Document data lineage and control effectiveness across reporting landscapes.
• Help build a high-performing QA and controls capability for growth.
