Job summary

CFC is seeking a Quality Assurance & Controls Lead to develop and own the governance framework for underwriting data and insights. You will partner with Data, Operations and Underwriting to ensure complete, accurate and trusted information that informs critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, controls or risk management.
• Ability to design and implement quality assurance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data lineage and MDM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the underwriting data control framework and reporting controls.
• Establish processes to ensure outputs are accurate, complete and reliable.
• Collaborate with Data, Operations and Underwriting teams to define data glossaries and catalogues.
• Support governance and transformation initiatives by embedding controls across the business.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end validation of reporting for brokers and carrier partners.
• Document data lineage, process flows and control effectiveness across reporting.
