Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking a senior data quality professional to translate complex findings into business terms and drive remediation with IT and Operations. The role focuses on improving data quality, defining rules, and building monitoring dashboards within the London Market.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts, mentor offshore analysts, and contribute to data governance across projects and system releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a highly analytical discipline.
• Experience 5+ years in data quality, data analysis, MDM, or similar roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior or offshore analysts.
• Experience within specialty insurance and the London Market.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical findings into business terms for non‑technical audiences.
• Partner with IT and Operations to deliver fixes and embed new processes to prevent recurrence.
• Drive data quality improvements, define data rules, and monitor dashboards.
• Produce weekly/monthly DQ reporting and support Data Governance forums.
