Usay Compare, based in the UK, is expanding its Quality Assurance team and seeking 2–3 Quality Assurance Administrators to help ensure customers receive the highest standards of advice. You will listen to recorded calls, review conversations against FCA regulations and our internal standards, and highlight areas for improvement.

This is a long‑term, office‑based role with clear progression in a growing business.

Qualifications

• You’ll listen to recorded customer calls and assess them against FCA regulations and internal quality standards.
• You’ll identify strengths in advisers’ performance and highlight where improvements are needed.
• You’ll help ensure customers receive high quality, compliant advice.
