Job summary

Zest Recruitment supports a well-established food manufacturing business hiring a Quality Assurance Auditor to join a busy Quality team in the region. The role focuses on maintaining product standards and ensuring customer specifications are met.

You will support food safety compliance, ensure audit readiness, and assist with internal and external audits while conducting regular line checks and maintaining quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar Quality Assurance or Auditor role within food manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP
• A good understanding of BRC standards
• Sound knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Proven experience within auditing, both internal and external
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across departments

Responsibilities

The Role
