Job summary

Dunbia is recruiting a Quality Assurance Assistant to join the Quality Team in Dungannon. The role involves QA checks from raw materials to finished products, daily sampling, and ensuring proper QA documentation.

You will report to the Quality Team Leader and work as part of a small, dedicated team. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent English, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy across QA paperwork and reports.
• Ability to work in a small team but also take initiative on individual tasks.
• Proficient time management to handle daily sample collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks from raw material intake to finished product.
• Daily collection and submission of end samples as per schedule.
• Ensure accurate completion and storage of QA paperwork.
• Report non-compliance and compliance accurately and promptly.
• Support corrective actions as required.

Overview

We are looking for a full time Quality Assurance Assistant to work as part of the Quality Team. The role of the Quality Assurance Assistant is to ensure that our products meet established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. On a daily basis the Quality Assurance Assistant will report directly into the Quality Team Leader on shift and will be part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks from raw material primal intake to finished product, retail ready packs despatched to the customer
• Collection and submission of end samples as per schedule daily
• Ensure the accurate completion of and storage of all relevant QA paperwork
• Accurate and timely reporting of non compliance and compliance
• Ensure that appropriate corrective action is taken as required

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and able to work on their own initiative
• Excellent time management skills
• Accuracy
• Good level of written and spoken English

Desirable

• 6+ months factory experience
• Food Industry qualification e.g Food Technology
