Our client is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Manchester. You will be part of a newly formed cross-functional engineering team with a strong growth mindset. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Test applications on web and mobile devices to the highest standards.
2. Maintain and improve testing practices.
3. Establish clearly defined testing scope.
4. Investigate production issues to identify root causes.
5. Ensure acceptance criteria are met, or de-scoped with acceptable results.
6. Approve high-quality releases for deployment.
7. Collaborate with product team members to identify and describe defects.
8. Update and maintain test packs, tooling, and methods.
9. Support Business Analysts in elaborating requirements with developers.
10. Take responsibility for non-functional testing.
11. Write executable acceptance criteria for features.
12. Measure coverage of functional and non-functional testing.
13. Deliver proposed plans confidently.
14. Proactively suggest system improvements, new tools, or methods.
15. Work closely with stakeholders to recommend technological solutions.
16. Manage personal training requirements.
17. Provide estimates appropriate for the development phase.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
