Job summary

AB Agri in Monmouth is seeking a Quality and Regulatory Administrator to support our Quality, Technical, Production and Purchasing teams on site. You will help maintain accurate records, manage data and support regulatory activity to ensure we meet quality and certification requirements.

You will enter data into the quality management system, generate routine KPI reports and support audits, certificates of analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong admin experience with quality/regulatory focus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • KPI reporting and data management experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality records and document-control systems.
  • Enter and manage data in the quality management system.
  • Produce routine KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Log complaints and non-conformances, assist with follow-up actions.
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis and audit documentation.
  • Maintain supplier, raw-material and finished-product files.
  • Review translations for multilingual labels and support regulatory docs.
  • Administer calibration, testing and training records.

Job description

Job Title: Quality and Regulatory Administrator

Location: Monmouth, UK (Onsite 5 days a week)

Shift details: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm, and Friday, 8:00am–2:30pm

Are you a highly organised administrator with a sharp eye for detail and an interest in quality and regulatory compliance? Do you enjoy working with data, documentation and systems, ensuring information is accurate, complete and delivered on time?

Our Quality team is looking for a Quality and Regulatory Administrator to join the team at our Monmouth site. In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative support across Quality, Technical, Production and Purchasing, helping to maintain accurate records, support regulatory activity and ensure the business continues to meet its quality and certification requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Maintain quality records, databases and document-control systems, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Enter and manage laboratory, production, supplier and testing data within the quality management system.
  • Produce routine KPI reports, charts, dashboards and management-review information from approved data sources.
  • Log complaints, non-conformances and BETA NOPS results, preparing reports and supporting follow-up activity where required.
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis, audit documentation, customer information and export-health certificate paperwork.
  • Maintain supplier, raw-material and finished-product files, requesting and filing supporting documentation as needed.
  • Support multilingual label generation by reviewing translations for accuracy and consistency, using translation tools where appropriate.
  • Administer calibration, testing, audit and technical-training records, alongside supporting VMD claims reporting and wider regulatory administration.
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent administration skills, with a methodical, organised approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Accurate data-entry skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions.
  • The ability to follow established procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
  • An interest in working with systems, data and regulatory documentation, including learning new quality-management systems and tools.
  • Experience in quality administration, document control, manufacturing or quality-management software would be beneficial, but is not essential.
