Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group is seeking a Quality Administrator to support the SHEQ Department with quality and regulatory compliance activities. The role involves assisting with ISO 13485 compliance, internal audits, document control, and procedure development.

The successful candidate will contribute to supplier management, health and safety on site, and the ongoing implementation of quality systems while maintaining accurate records and supporting training and travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal audits by collating data, writing findings, and obtaining sign-offs.
  • Investigate product and process failures as required.
  • Be part of the supplier management team.
  • Assist in procedure development, writing and implementation.
  • Co-review documentation and manage document control and change processes.
  • Create any required documentation as needed.
  • Assist in Health & Safety management on site.
  • Support implementation of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Meet company appraisal competencies and drive business results.
  • Maintain records accurately and timely.

Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Quality Administrator to join our Ultimate Healthcare team. The role will support the SHEQ Department in administration relating the Quality and Regulatory Compliance activities to ensure our operational integrity and market reputation. Assisting in compliance with all regulatory and ISO standards to mitigate risk and proactively identify and secure new accreditations that enhance our credibility and competitive position.

Assisting in the QMS system and supporting in the ISO 13485 compliance including:

  • 1. Supporting internal audits (collating data, writing up findings, obtaining sign offs) - it may be that we find someone who wants to learn, and writes excellently, but doesn't have IA experience - this can always be trained out later
  • 2. Investigating product / process failures as required
  • 3. Being a part of supplier management team
  • 4. Play a key role in Procedure development, writing and implementation
  • 5. Co-review documentation, and being pivotal in the document control and document change process
  • 6. Where required, being part of the team to create any required documentation
  • 7. Assisting in Health & Safety management on site
  • 8. Assist in implementation of systems/processes/Procedures where required
  • 9. Undertake the job in line with the company appraisal competencies as follows:
