We're seeking a dedicated Quality and Performance Manager to join our team at Lister House, our care home in Ripon. In this key role, you'll take the lead on audits, data analysis, quality initiatives, and policy implementation to ensure we continue to deliver the highest standard of care. Working alongside the Senior Care Management team and the Quality and Care Standards team, you'll help drive continuous improvement, share best practices, and support quality enhancements across other RBL care homes.
This role offers 37.5 hours per week, working 5 shifts out of 7 days. 8:30am to 5:00pm. Offering a salary between £45,793 to £49,506 per annum.
